Overview
Information We Collect
The App collects only what is necessary to provide core functionality:

Account identifiers (via Google Sign-In):
your Google account basic profile information provided to Firebase Authentication, typically including an
email address and a unique Firebase User ID (
uid). - User content you create in the App: your six goals, completion checklist at the end of a cycle, and cycle metadata (e.g., start date, status).
- Purchase information (optional): if you choose to make an optional donation / in-app purchase, Google Play provides purchase tokens and related transaction status to complete the purchase. We do not receive your payment card details.
The App does not request contacts, SMS, microphone, camera, or location permissions for its core functionality.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate you and keep your progress tied to your Google account (so uninstall/reinstall does not reset your cycle).
- Store and sync your goals and cycle state across devices using Firestore.
- Display your countdown and cycle state, including in the optional home screen widget.
- Process optional donations / in-app purchases (if enabled) through Google Play Billing.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and ensure the App operates reliably.
Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)
If you are in the EEA/UK, we process information under the following bases:
- Contract: to provide the App’s services (account, data storage, countdown).
- Legitimate interests: securing the App, preventing abuse, and maintaining reliability.
- Consent: where required for optional features (e.g., optional purchase prompts, if applicable).
Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with services needed to run the App:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) to authenticate users and store user data.
- Google Play (Billing) to process optional purchases, if enabled.
These providers process data under their own terms and security controls. Access is limited to what is necessary.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your Rights & Choices” below).
Note: Because the App is designed to prevent “reset by uninstall,” your cycle data remains associated with your account unless you delete it through the App (if implemented) or request deletion.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including transport encryption and access controls. Firebase Security Rules are used to restrict data access to the authenticated user.
No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to:
- Access your data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data (see deletion options below).
- Withdraw consent for optional processing where consent applies.

If you sign in with a different Google account, it creates a separate account identity in Firebase. Progress is tied to the signed-in account.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International Data Transfers
Firebase and Google Play may process data on servers that can be located outside your country. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Effective date” and may provide an in-app notice where appropriate.
